What is Reality?

Reality is everything that we perceive is real in the past and present. It is what is present to our five senses. All non-living and living things are part of this reality. Anything that comes out of them, like emotions, are also real. Everyday, the universe shows happiness and sufferings, which are a reality. We can see these emotions. Also, reality is anything that we can hear such as crying, screaming, and thunder. We witness reality everyday when you open your eyes. Anything you can physically touch and feel is reality and when you open your mouth, you taste reality. A common phrase is, “Let’s go back to reality”. Reality for everyone is not always the same. My reality is not the same as another persons. It is how a person perceives life. In my opinion, everyone’s reality is usually the stressful part of life. You never here someone say, “Let’s go back to reality” when they are going to a vacation destination unless that person actually lives and works there. Right now, my reality is being at school, experiencing everything at Clemson, and working hard in order to get a job. When I go back to New Jersey, although everything is real there too, it is an uncommon reality to me.
